Arrival over the orchard
The sequence opens above cloud and descends until a highland ridge and the terraced rows of a durian orchard project come into view. The landscape is a representative visualization of the kind of site the concept describes, not a survey or a photograph of an operating plantation.
Tree and fruit inspection
The camera settles between the rows, then onto a single tree and finally a single fruit. This is the scale the concept is built around: durian tree participation is counted one tree at a time, and followed across an illustrative twenty-year horizon.
Orchard Scan — illustrative analysis

What is Mountain Durian?
Mountain Durian is a durian orchard project concept published by CLMV Holding Co., Ltd. as its flagship. The idea is durian tree participation: taking part in highland durian farming one tree at a time, at $2,500 per tree paid once, and following that tree across an illustrative 20-year horizon. What you are reading is a concept prototype of that idea, not an operating business. No trees have been planted, surveyed, numbered or assigned, and no part of the programme is running against real records.
What does durian-tree participation mean here?
It means choosing a number of trees and asking to take part in the orchard at that scale — the kind of arrangement people describe as agricultural tree participation, orchard participation, or purchasing or sponsoring agricultural trees. On this site it is a quantity, a contact request, and a review step performed by a person. It is not described as a deed, a title, a lease, a share certificate or a tradeable instrument, and no such document is offered anywhere on this site.
Is this the same as buying stock, land or a financial security?
No. This site does not presently describe participation as publicly traded stock, and there is no exchange, ticker, share class, dividend or secondary market anywhere in the concept. It also does not describe participation as a purchase of land: taking part does not transfer a plot, a title or a registered interest in property. People do sometimes reach a durian orchard project while comparing alternatives to stocks or land ownership, so it is worth being blunt about the difference. Does payment automatically allocate a specific tree?
No. Payment does not automatically transfer land or allocate a specific tree. In this build the question is doubly settled: no payment provider is connected, so nothing here could charge anyone, and allocation is held behind a review step that is not operating yet. A request can never become an allocated tree on its own — it has to pass through a person first.
What is illustrative, and what is connected live plantation data?
Everything shown is illustrative. No plantation monitoring feed is connected to this site, and no figure anywhere on it has been measured in an orchard. The Orchard Scan in the opening film names categories of observation and reports no result. The Fruit Intelligence panel shows sample values to demonstrate the shape the information would take, and every field that would need a real observation is left unfilled and marked as awaiting connection. The landscape, trees and fruit in the film are digitally created to show the proposed project — not footage of an operating plantation.
How would orchard review and manual allocation work?
In three steps. You choose a quantity on the calculator. You give a name, an email address and a country — no identity documents, bank details or card details are asked for. A person then reviews the request before anything is assigned: nothing is allocated automatically, and no tree is attached to anyone before that review. The review step is part of the design and is not running yet.
What payment and account steps happen after taking part?
None are live today. Accounts, referrals, administration and email are built and tested, but none of them is running against real people, real records or a live database, and no payment provider is wired into this build. Connecting one is a reviewed change rather than a setting. If you send a request now you will be shown a summary before anything is sent, no payment will be collected, and no tree will be assigned.
How do the qualified visa and membership pathways relate to a quantity?
Selected quantities correspond to qualified DTV application-support and Thailand Privilege membership pathways beginning at 10 trees; at 500 trees and above, the highest approved tier is retained. Visa and membership outcomes remain subject to independent eligibility, government or program approval, current terms, required documentation, applicable fees and written confirmation. Tree participation does not itself issue or guarantee a visa.
What is Mountain Durian not?
It is not an operating plantation, and it is not a live product. It is not a promise of a return, a yield, a harvest, insurance, ownership or a visa — none of those is guaranteed or implied anywhere on this site. It is not a securities offering as this site describes it, and it is not a land sale. Only two figures are settled: $2,500 per tree, and 5000000 as the calculator's current selection limit, which is a limit on what the control accepts rather than a statement about planted or available land. Everything else shown is illustrative or proposed.
